For urban planning reasons, the administration building is set back from the property line by around 35 metres and is kept low at 3 1/2 storeys above ground level. A long canopy marks the main entrance, which leads into a large entrance hall. This entrance hall extends over three storeys at the rear and is lit from the north-east by a large window wall. The glazed lift shafts and the central staircase, which runs around a concrete slab and is connected to the corridors via connecting bridges, stand freely in the space. The floor plans are flush with each other. By raising the ground floor by a few steps, the basement is naturally lit. The structure is made of reinforced concrete with pillars and beams visible in the façade. The parapets and the non-load-bearing vertical sections between the windows are clad with matt black stoneware panels. The second construction phase was a nine-storey warehouse and office building, which is connected to the administration building via a glazed bridge and whose staircase is pulled out of the building due to the operational requirement for large floor levels.
