The property is located on the outside of the Sachsenring. The elongated building is set at right angles to the ring road and forms a clear focal point in the soft curve. Access is via a covered walkway running parallel to the road and raised by nine steps. The entrance floor and the four floors above are office floors arranged flush with each other. In addition to office and conference rooms, the 5th floor houses a large meeting and dining room with the associated kitchen facilities.

A transverse wing connected via bridges on the north-west side of the building is planned as an extension. The building is a reinforced concrete construction with ribbed ceilings. The façades are clad with white-grouted matt black stoneware panels and the windows are painted white.
